Where to find a hammer tacker pouch for a tool belt?

I’m looking for a hammer tacker pouch or pocket to get DH for Christmas. He has a Mastercraft, so it’s just long and slender, there’s no real bulge to keep it in a hammer holder. I’d like to buy it in store in Manitoba, Canada or online at a Canadian site to save myself from the robbery that is shipping. I’d also like him to get a leather one, so it lasts longer, he’s tough on tools and tool belts. I’ve looked at Home Depot, Rona, Canadian Tire, and Wal-Mart. Thanks for your help.
